DMZ200 is a self-paced online training lab to practice and refine fundamental pentesting techniques and tools. Exploit target systems
using detailed reconnaissance methods to identify operating system and system services. Escape restricted environments to enumerate and pilfer
systems to find user and administrator level flags. Practice web application attacks and reverse engineering techniques in a layered
security environment to gain additional system privileges.
Students complete the objectives of the lab by answering all quiz questions and collecting flag files.

Intended Audience
This lab provides fundamental hands-on experience to security, IT, network administration, and technology professionals seeking to enhance and further develop existing pentesting skills and knowledge.
Lab Prerequisites
Students should be comfortable with general penetration testing and security concepts. Regular usage of command line interfaces by students on Linux hosts are essential.
Students should have equivalent knowledge or skills in the following areas:
- Working familiarity with Kali Linux and/or the Linux command line
- Basic scripting familiarity, basic PHP preferred
- A solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts
What Students Should Bring
Students will need to bring a laptop with their favorite web browser. No need to install additional applications to gain access to the student platform.
